Shipping

All kynd products are handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand shipping in the future — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. kynd is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Processing Time

Because every kynd product is made in small batches by hand, processing times may vary. During high-demand periods (holidays, new launches), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. We will notify you via email if there is an unusual delay with your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

We stand behind the quality of every product we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thekyndbrand.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We want every kynd customer to love what they receive.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.

Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building. Then contact us at hello@thekyndbrand.com — we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please allow up to 7 business days for the carrier to investigate before we issue a resolution.

kynd is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email hello@thekyndbrand.com immediately with your order number in the subject line.

Allergies & Sensitivities

All kynd products contain fragrance (parfum) and botanical ingredients. If you have known allergies or sensitivities to any of the listed ingredients, please review the full ingredient list for each product before purchasing. Full INCI ingredient lists are available on each product page.

We recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

We cannot accept returns based on fragrance preference or skin sensitivity. Please review all ingredient information carefully before purchasing.
